Ποιοί είμαστε

Είμαστε μια οικογενειακή, φιλόξενη ταβέρνα στην καρδιά της Παλιάς Πόλης της Ρόδου. Σερβίρουμε αυθεντικούς παραδοσιακούς μεζέδες, φρέσκο ψάρι και ουζάκι, σε ένα ζεστό και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Σας περιμένουμε να απολαύσετε τις γεύσεις του καλοκαιριού κάτω από τη δροσιά των πέτρινων τοίχων και την ομορφιά της παλιάς Ρόδου.

ΜΑΣ ΛΑΤΡΕΨΑΝ

Ένα από τα καλύτερα μαγαζιά της πόλης μας, με πολύ ποιοτικό φαγητό και φιλοξενό προσωπικό. Το φαγητό άριστο, με την καλύτερη ποιότητα.

Μια ωραία γωνιά της Ρόδου, με ποιοτικό φαγητό σε ωραίο και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Όλοι εξυπηρετικοί, νόστιμα φαγητά: συμιακό γαριδάκι, γαρίδες με σκόρδο, σαλάτα Ουζοκαφενέ και άλλα που δοκιμάσαμε — ωραιότατα!

Μετά από 5 χρόνια που ξαναεπισκέπτομαι το νησί, η στάση στον Ουζοκαφενέ είναι απαραίτητη (αξιοθέατο από μόνο του).
Τα σημαντικότερα παραμένουν αναλλοίωτα: τα τέλεια πιάτα, το άριστο σέρβις, το εκπληκτικό κρασί και η απίστευτη αύρα δροσιάς που πνέει σε αυτόν τον κήπο κάνουν το εστιατόριο ακαταμάχητο!

Loved, loved, loved everything about this place. The best meze of our trip and the staff was so great. If will try just one meze let it be the cheese balls - trust me!

This two-level restaurant is in the heart of Rhodes Old Town, in a pedestrianised street surrounded by many other eateries. We ate on the upper level; service was good, and the food was good quality, as was the wine and Retsina. There are lots of twinkling lights and it feels quite special (but I didn't take any photos of the surroundings, only the octopus and fish!).

Amazing food, you can order anything and it will be amazing. We loved the spinach and the aubergines especially! The location is fabulous, so peaceful and relaxing and nothing like the places out on the street with people walking past you and mopeds revving as you eat. The service was very efficient and friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back in here before I have to go home. Can't recommend ouzakofenes enough!

One steake came out well-done instead of the ordered medium-rare and after managing to get a waiters attention we ordered a replacement Which came 20-30 min later and was medium-well. The final stake was good if you prefer medium-well
The (spicy) pork stew was by no means spicy, though the chef may have looked at a chilli while making it but that's about it
The vegetarian musaka was quite good.
The pancetta was okay, but half of it was inedible from either cartilage or tendons.
On the side of the appetizers.
The garlic bread was just a baguette with one side dipped in oil and covered in cheese
The ntako was massive but the only flavor that survived it was the seasonings that covered the tomatoes to the point you couldn't taste the tomatoes.
The crab salad was tiny and had too much vinegar on it.
Service was slow but when they were talking with you they were kind and apologetic.
